Production Associate Weekend Shift

Overview

Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, plus $1.45 per hour shift differential. Shift: Weekend 6AM to 6 PM Friday - Sunday.

• Training period requires working Monday through Friday 6a - 6p and could last up to 6 weeks approximately.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure; read measurements during interview as applicable; inspect, examine, and observe for product defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.
