• Responsible for the safe operation of the compounding line
• Required to perform each position within the compounding process.
• Responsible for giving breaks and filling in on each position when needed.
• Responsible for the set up and calibration of the raw material feeders to ensure the proper throughput of each raw material to be used in the particular formula being processed.
• To ensure a SAFE operation that produces a compound that is in spec and is delivered as needed in a timely manner.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
• Follow all established standard operating procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
• Operate a powered industrial truck (PIT) as needed.
