Manufacturing Trainee; Machinist

Come and start your new career with a company that impacts many of the brands you see on store shelves today. Our Sandston, VA location has an opening for a 2nd or 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist) position. This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

The compensation for this position reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21.00 USD hourly. We will consider the successful candidate s location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining pay.
