The Water spider is a hands-on role critical to the success of the LEAN Marketplace. This position ensures that materials and supplies are delivered to the right place at the right time to support continuous production flow.
- Deliver materials to production lines according to established schedules.
- Respond quickly and accurately to Kanban signals and replenishment needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide feedback to the Coordinator and Manager on process or flow issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling role.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
