We work for a medium‑sized, fast‑growing, owner‑managed German group that is the world’s leading manufacturer of specially produced nonwovens. The subsidiary in the USA (Virginia) with 150 employees operates its own fully continuous production and has high growth potential. In the course of further development, a Production Manager is being sought.

• Management and development of approximately 90 production employees – direct management of shift supervisors and production planning
• Increase productivity, quality and efficiency in all production processes
• Ongoing optimisation and further development of production processes using lean methods and KPIs
• Optimise overheads and use of resources
• Close cooperation with sales and maintenance

• Completion of a technical degree
• Experience in the process industry or a production environment with series production
• Knowledge of production planning and of the planning of raw and auxiliary materials
• Motivating, shop‑floor experience, outgoing and communicative

In this exciting position, you will report directly to the local management.
