If you are ready to build a home AND a career, CAVCO - Rocky Mount is seeking committed team members for various PRODUCTION HOME ASSEMBLER positions with starting pay of $19.90 per hour (includes a competitive starting rate plus production, attendance, and Christmas bonuses). Team members can earn up to $20.90 to $22.80 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and additional production bonus through our exciting new CAREER PROGRESSION PROGRAM

• Molders
• Final Finish Associates

• Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors
• Must wear protective equipment while at the location

• Construction or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a climate‑protected environment
• Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.)
• Flexible to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Not afraid to get dirty and handle tools/equipment on a daily basis
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
