• Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors
• Must wear protective equipment while at the location

• Construction or Warehouse Experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a climate‑protected environment
• Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.)
• Flexible to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Not afraid to get dirty and handle tools/equipment on a daily basis
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
