2nd Shift Blanking Operator

Cerro Fabricated Products LLC (a subsidiary of Marmon Holdings, backed by Berkshire Hathaway) is hiring a Blanking Operator for full‑time 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri, 3 pm – 11 pm). The role involves operating blanking equipment to trim flash from parts while maintaining quality standards, following work procedures, and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer specifications.

• Operate blanking presses to produce parts of specified dimensions.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Visually inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain established production efficiencies for each machine.
• Promptly report any health, safety, quality, or efficiency concerns to the supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist other operators as needed to meet production goals.
• Complete required documentation and accurately track production through data collection systems.
• Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Ability to perform repetitive work with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
