We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting drawings, assembling parts, and performing high-quality welds. This role offers competitive compensation for individuals who can effectively fit and weld components as specified.

• Perform MIG welding, and ideally TIG welding, to assemble parts and components
• Take a set of drawings and a collection of parts and accurately fit them together
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper assembly and welding of parts
• Inspect and ensure welds meet quality and safety standards

• Proven experience as a welder/fitter with strong MIG welding skills; TIG welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Competence in fitting parts accurately according to specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
