Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Shift assignment will depend on machine experience.

Skills That Get You Hired

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience setting up and operating W+D 527 or 627 printing/converting equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active, hands‑on environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to quality, reliability, and workplace safety
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts as needed
• Must provide basic tools (specialized tools provided)

On the Job

• Set up and operate W+D 527 and/or W+D 627 envelope printing and converting machines
• Perform window and size changes independently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate envelope, window, and flap dimensions
• Train and guide Envelope Converting Operators to ensure consistent productivity
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Maintain adequate supplies of glue, ink, and window film
• Complete daily production reports and communicate inventory needs
• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a hazard‑free work area
• Demonstrate or learn the principles of Flexographic printing on the belly and central impression units
