These are the roles we offer:

We are looking for new colleagues for performing production work in one of the seven areas:
Coating & Laminating, Dye House, DIY, Rewind, Sputtering, Metalizing and Silicone. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Manager. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
  • Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma/GED Required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must meet minimum Workkeys Assessment ratings.
  • Further requirements specific to these roles:

  • You understand and follow all safety procedures.
  • You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules.
  • Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility.
