Warehouse Associate – 3rd Shift

Starting Pay: $21.87/hr, adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 7:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Performance evaluation at 90 days and 6 months. Potential for a $0.50 increase after each evaluation.

Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure optimal space utilization, easy access, and timely transfer of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Update inventory records in the management system.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring that orders are complete and correct.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the packing and labeling of products for shipment, adhering to company guidelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure movement of materials in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide support for inventory-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in manufacturing as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Powered Industrial Truck license and usage required.
- Ability to read text, interpret and execute context as required.
- Mechanical knowledge of machines/tools utilized in shipping and receiving.
- Inventory management software and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Perform work in a medium industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, industrial odors, fumes, gases, chemicals, oil, grease, smoke, dust, noise, vibration, climbing ladders/stairs and working in cramped quarters.
- Ability to wear PPE requirement, including hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety footwear, face shield, and respirator if required.
- Close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and hand-eye coordination.
