Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.

As an Electronics Technician, you will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced production and R&D environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail. You will fabricate, test, and troubleshoot complex wiring harnesses and electronic systems for various unmanned aerospace applications.

• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other technicians to address design and production issues.
• Assemble, route, and install wiring harnesses according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Assemble custom test equipment according to engineering drawings, interconnect diagrams, and instructions using mechanical and electrical skills.
• Populate circuit cards using approved soldering techniques both thru hole and surface mount.
• Inspect and test harness assemblies for continuity, shorts, and proper operation using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues with wiring harnesses, connectors, and related components.
• Provide constructive feedback on engineering designs to improve manufacturability and functionality of electronic assemblies.
• Recommend updates for existing processes and work instructions as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Work in a team setting collaborating with manufacturing, planning, and engineering.
• Lift, push, pull, and/or carry 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Walk, bend, sit, stand, climb, and reach for prolonged periods of time on a regular basis.
• Seize, grasp, turn, hold, and operate manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Willingness and ability to comply with all applicable PPE requirements (respirators, safety glasses, gloves, etc.).

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or 2 years post‑secondary/Associate’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance.

• Experience in electronics assembly, with a focus on harness assembly.
• Proficient in soldering, crimping, and using hand tools for assembly.
• Proficient in using testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 certification preferred.
• J‑STD‑001 certification preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and interconnect diagrams.
• Excellent people skills to include working in a diverse, and dynamic team environment.
• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success.
• Active Secret clearance is desired but not required.
• Experience working in an environment that implements ESD and FOD controls.
• Knowledge and understanding of product quality processes.
