Job Description

We are seeking a collaborative and driven individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager specializing in Doors, Frames, and Hardware. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

Responsibilities

* Drive project completion on time and within budget.

* Provide exceptional client experiences.

* Manage construction projects related to doors, frames, and hardware.

* Coordinate and oversee project scheduling and engineering.

* Handle change orders and requests for information (RFIs).

Essential Skills

* 5-7 years of project management experience.

* Experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.

* Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling.

* Expertise in Division 5 and 8 construction.

* Mechanical knowledge.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with scheduling software such as Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Previous experience managing employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $185000.00/yr.
