We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Regional Operations Manager based in Yorkshire to cover Yorkshire and the North East of England, with flexibility to cover other regions across the account as required.

The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

The salary is negotiable, with a company car included in the package.

By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.

What you will do:
  • Managing a team of employees working both remotely and site based
  • Health and safety across sites within the region
  • Maintaining a statutory compliant estate within the region
  • Ensuring delivery of contract KPIs for planned maintenance activities and response SLAs
  • Financial recovery of non-contracted activities
  • Providing support and mentoring guidance to Site Managers where required
What you will bring:
  • Experience of leading FM operations and People Management of a large team across multiple sites and disciplines
  • 2-3 years proven experience in an Operations Manager role, ideally within Prisons, is preferable to enable you to hit the ground running, but a minimum of 6 years experience working within FM is required
  • IT skills will be required
  • Proven ability to implement and meet targets
  • Strong knowledge of and experience working within Health and Safety guidelines
  • Desirable qualifications in IOSH Managing Safely, Mebosh, IWFM, ILM level 3 or 4
