Assistant Branch Manager - WoodstockDuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the retail team at our Woodstock location. We’re searching for an Assistant Branch Manager to ensure the efficient daily operation of a full-service member center.
What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:- Uphold expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of branch staff.
- Maintain service flow in the branch environment by being active on the floor with staff.
- Coach/counsel staff regularly and effectively document the sessions to assist with their daily growth and improve sales performance.
- Partner with the branch manager to develop a market specific business plan.
- Assist the branch manager in the completion of performance appraisals.
- Provide feedback to the branch manager on process improvements that can improve the member and employee experience.
- Attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Privacy.
- College degree preferred or related work experience, retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership ability and supervisory skills.
- Aptitude for effective employee development.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess needs and implement plans.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Professional in attitude and appearance.
