Job SummaryResponsible for STE Device operations oversight for an individual staffed site. Oversees day‑to‑day operations, ensuring projects and activities progress as planned, managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and adjusting plans to meet objectives. Leads and manages the personnel assigned to the site, including recruiting, training, professional development, performance evaluation, and ensuring team well‑being. Works with the FOCUS Center Manager and the Field Operations Director to resource and support surge as needed.
Responsibilities- Operate and oversee STE Device operations for a staffed site.
- Ensure day‑to‑day site operations run on schedule and are aligned with project goals.
- Manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Lead and develop site personnel: recruit, train, evaluate performance, and support well‑being.
- Collaborate with FOCUS Center Manager and other site leads on projects, sharing knowledge and resources.
- Maintain equipment and technology use efficiently and effectively.
- Support three primary missions:
Steady‑state Training Support, Point of Need operations, and Surge Support.
- Plan training exercises in TMT software; coordinate equipment and RVCT modules.
- Initialize and troubleshoot local RVCT training network.
- Provide over‑the‑shoulder training and exercise control functions.
- Deliver After‑Action Reviews and lesson‑learned packages.
- Prepare equipment for shipment, transport, and setup at the point of need.
- Initialize and troubleshoot equipment on site.
- Provide over‑the‑shoulder support and After‑Action Review.
- Shift personnel from other locations to support training when site needs exceed capacity.
- Assist with training up to 28 RVCT modules or two companies for limited periods.
- 2+ years of experience in operations oversight for a staffed site.
- Experience managing day‑to‑day operations, timelines, and staff.
- Ability to lead and develop personnel.
- Strong collaboration skills with center managers and site leads.
- Experience with equipment and technology management.
- Experience conducting after‑action reviews and improving operations.
- Knowledge of STE Device preferred.
- U.S. Secret clearance (active and current) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Preferred: 2+ years Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or 1+ year Master’s (MA/MS) in related field.
Alternate: 4+ years Associate degree (AA) or 6+ years experience with no degree.

TravelUp to 30% of time, including OCONUS.
Physical RequirementsLight work. May require exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally or 10 pounds frequently. Primarily in an office environment.
