Pay Range: $188,385 - $282,687 per year
POSITION SUMMARY:The VP, Preconstruction & Estimation manages all activities related to the management and oversight of the Preconstruction department, which includes oversight of all estimation activities and personnel for construction projects sought by CPG.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversees general deliverables for assigned projects during preconstruction from proposals to issuing subcontracts and equipment purchase orders.
- Department lead responsible for estimation of potential project CPG is bidding
- Provide oversight on RFI and Submittal processes
- Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue
Education/
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- At least 20 years' experience in similar data center industry.
- Must be a US Citizen
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in leading and growing teams in high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrable success leading Support and Services teams in a high pace environment.
- Directly supervises 5 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. May be required to walk around facility.
