Responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces, offices and meeting rooms, and break areas; emptying trash cans or recycling bins; and cleaning and disinfecting restrooms in the offices and shop areas. Additional responsibilities for cleaning, grounds keeping and minor repairs of all buildings, ground, furniture and equipment may be assigned.

• Performs routine daily cleaning of facilities as required which includes Clean the interior of offices, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls as needed as well as empties trash and recycle bins.
• Disinfects are commonly used items like desks, tables, door handles, office tools and phones, breaks areas, meeting rooms and restrooms.
• Restocking consumable supplies, including maintaining inventories of consumable supplies.
• Performs periodically major cleaning, waxing of refinishing tasks as required.
• Maintains all clean equipment and utility rooms in clean, orderly and functional condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturing safety and specialized training as needed for the operation of all relevant equipment.
• HOURS OF WORK: Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.
• TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Munters Orientation. ISO Awareness, and specific training as indicated in the Employee Training Records Database.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Heavy (Lifting up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis and climbing)
