We're seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our facilities. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment by performing light mechanical repairs, general upkeep, and routine maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly.

* Experience in a facilities or office maintenance environment preferred

* Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and basic hand tools

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Previous custodial experience is a plus

* Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

* Perform plumbing repairs and clear drains

* Replace ceiling tiles, lamps, air filters, and fire extinguishers

* Conduct touch-up painting in common areas and mechanical rooms

* Assist with snow and ice removal

* Maintain and repair door hardware, blinds, and furniture

* Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials and cleaning equipment

* Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team

* Follow ABM and client safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures

* Support seasonal and event-related maintenance needs

* Perform other duties as assigned
