- Supervisory Experience
- Knowledge in a program or application (food service, inventory system, yields, portion control and cost control)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Capacity to learn and perform all aspects of the food service department to include tray line, food prep, and sanitation in a safe and efficient manner.
- The ability to read, write and follow specific instructions
- The ability to operate a variety of kitchen equipment used in food preparation.
- The ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Aptitude to work as a contributing team member.
- The ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- The ability to assist with orientation and training of new food service employees as directed.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Supervisory Experience

- Experience in commercial / industrial food service operation preferred
- Serve Safe certified preferred
