Job Description

Attorney - Defense Civil Litigation

A highly regarded Law firm is seeking a motivated attorney with experience working on civil defense litigation matters (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, medical malpractice, etc.).

Requirements

• Must be admitted to the State Bar of VA
• previous experience working on the defense of general liability matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing, and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
