This role involves coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles to enhance the Agile transformation across the organization. Responsibilities include teaching cross-functional groups, ensuring Agile practices are implemented effectively, and working closely with senior executives. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in Agile environments and a strong background in coaching methodologies.
This hybrid position allows for onsite presence 2-3 days a week.
