Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management industry, is seeking a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1 to join their dedicated team. As a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1, you will be an integral part of the Data Center Operations team supporting efficient data processing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1
Location: Boydton, VA
Pay Range: $23 - $26/hr + Benefits & PTO
End Date: 6/31/2025 - possibility of extension
Day Shift A: 12-hrs (Sun-Wed) & (Sun-Tue)

What's the Job?

• Perform physical inventory tracking and staging to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and rack movement activities
• Conduct inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and support regulatory compliance activities
• Manage material movement, shipping, and receiving processes following standard procedures
• Assist in the destruction of data-bearing devices following documented procedures and runbooks

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management within an IT environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous experience working in a data center environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
