Data Analyst​/Developer; RR

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst/Developer to work as a member of a motivated development team supporting our engineering services team in Dahlgren, VA.

• Provide review and analysis of software and hardware data sets to verify functionality, identify deficiencies, and drive system enhancements.
• Collect and analyze test data, document results, and write analysis reports.
• Support development of automated tools to reduce data analysis time, perform repetitive tasks, and minimize human error.
• Coordinate with the software development team to help define improvements or refine systems to resolve deficiencies, utilizing data sets and analysis to drive solutions.

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, scientific, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, design, or related development.
• Ability to apply mathematical, statistical, and data-driven analysis to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Experience in data analysis, reduction, and developing solutions to technical problems in research, development, inspection, and testing environments.
• Ability to travel and work onsite at NSWCDD.
• Active DoD Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including specialized experience in DoD or related programs.
