Overview
AT&T has an opening for an Administrative Specialist to support the Federal Government in providing O&M / PM support of contracted operations.
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Responsibilities- Fluent in Microsoft Access, Excel and Exchange email.
- Update and maintain all inventory and billing loaded into Microsoft Access Databases.
- Work with customer databases for ordering and billing of telecommunications services.
- Knowledgeable of telecommunications services such as circuits, telephone numbers, etc…
- Processing Requests For Service (RFS) with appropriate vendors, internal and external, to provide new service and maintain detailed records.
- Must be self-sufficient; have excellent verbal, written and organization skills.
- Prior procurement, inventory, telecommunications network skills are a plus.
- Overtime, shift work and weekend tours will be required. Occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned.
- Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus.
Must be able to initially obtain Public Trust and follow-on TS (#clearable) (#topsecret).
Qualifications- Experience with procurement, inventory and telecommunications networks is a plus.
- Must be self-sufficient and possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
- Overtime, shift work and weekend tours may be required; occasional travel may be required; other duties as assigned.
