The Opportunity
A U.S.
-based technology company supporting federal law enforcement and intelligence missions is hiring a senior individual contributor to lead growth across DOJ agencies and adjacent intelligence organizations.
This role is for someone who already understands the DOJ agency environment, has existing relationships, and knows how to win business directly and through government prime contractors.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving new business across DOJ agencies and federal law enforcement, including investigative and intelligence-focused organizations
- Leveraging existing agency and partner relationships to open doors and shape opportunities
- Working closely with government prime contractors and integrators to position solutions inside larger federal programs
- Leading deals from early mission discussions through capture, procurement, and close
- Navigating federal acquisition paths (IDIQs, GWACs, sole source, partner-led pursuits)
- Acting as a trusted advisor on mission-critical intelligence and investigative technology
Who This Role Is Designed For
- This role is intentionally targeted toward candidates who bring credibility and access, not just sales skills.
You likely have:
- A background working inside DOJ agencies or federal law enforcement, or
- Senior federal sales experience with deep DOJ agency relationships
- Previous experience holding a U.S. Government security clearance (active or expired, with ability to obtain again)
- A strong track record selling through government primes and channel partners
- A network that enables you to generate net-new federal opportunities
Required Experience
- Demonstrated success selling into DOJ agencies or federal law enforcement organizations
- Proven ability to create demand and close complex, multi-year federal deals
- Experience working with federal systems integrators / prime contractors
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and budget cycles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Based in or near the Washington, DC area, with regular access to agencies and partners
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
- Former law enforcement or intelligence officer background
- Experience supporting investigative, communications intelligence, or surveillance-related missions
- Existing relationships within DOJ components or the Intelligence Community
