Test Automation Architect

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring quality engineering team members;
• Creating Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Data;
• Coordinating and leading testing by all Stakeholders;
• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks;
• Developing, maintaining, and executing automation scripts to ensure sufficient test coverage of Mortgage Connect Applications and APIs;
• Collaborating with Business Analysis and engineering staff to gain business knowledge and ensure the Test Coverage;
• Acting as key point of contact for all quality engineering aspects of releases, providing quality engineering services and coordinating quality engineering resources internally and externally;
• Quickly assessing risk, leading a team to a decision point and ensuring testing plans are executed;
• Documenting, tracking, and communicating Test Plans, Test Results, Analysis, and Unresolved Problems;
• Leading the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work;
• Coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution;
• Taking accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of test scripts and seizing on opportunities for automation of testing products;
• Developing/Improving quality engineering processes and procedures;
• Developing meaningful test management metrics, and identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release;
• Recommending program improvements and revisions;
• Establishing benchmarks for program efficiency in operating and response times;
• Performing Compatibility Testing, Performance Monitoring and Risk Management; and
• Performing Defect Management, including identifying, analyzing, and documenting defects, questionable functions, errors and inconsistencies in Software Program Functions, Outputs, Screens, and Content.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of progressive experience, or a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience, in the job offered or a related role working in an Agile (Scrum) environment using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), REST, Rest Assured, Python, Playwright, Appium, Pytest, TestNG, Automated Test Scripts, Selenium, Selenium Web Driver, Grid, SQL, Java, Core Java, Continuous Testing platform, Node.js,
  
  React Js, CI/CD, RESTful services, Azure Dev Ops, MySQL, MS SQL Server, No
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, Test Data, Test Cases, Test Plans, STLC, Maven, PIP, Linux, Git, and NPM;
• 3 years of experience performing Dev Ops integration, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), RESTful services, functional testing, exploratory testing, smoke testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing.
• Company headquarters is located in Moon Township, PA, but telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
