Location: Boydton, VA
Duration: 18 months on W2
Pay Range: $23 - $26 per hour
Shift: Day Shift B: 12-hrs (Thu‑Sat & Wed‑Sat)

• Remove network cables as part of a data center decommission process.
• Run, label, and stage power and networking cables for DBD removal (without scanning).
• Follow procedures for preparing, installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning equipment under guidance.
• Prepare, stage, set up, and perform basic hardware startups and shutdowns following written instructions and standard procedures.
• Conduct physical audits of data center assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Flexibility to work non‑standard business hours including weekends and holidays.
• Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training preferred.
