Overview

Job Title: Asset Visibility and Security Engineer and Database Developer

Location: Merrifield, VA / Onsite Job

Duration: 12+ Months

• Role is also responsible for continuing development and curation of proprietary database system managing asset details of proprietary systems leveraged by automation for identifying assets observed within the environment.
• Candidates must have strong demonstrated experience in large enterprise IT environment including 8+ years of OT security experience and application of asset visibility solutions towards OT hardware and software asset management security efforts supporting both OT operations and security efforts including network access control, USB attached device control, vulnerability management, and security event investigation support.
• Candidates must also have documented enterprise-based experience as a Forescout Counter Act administrator, and Forescout Engineering certification.
• Candidates must have documented experience implementing and maintaining proprietary database instances and leveraging them for automation purposes.
• Specific technical knowledge, experience, and certifications with relevant tools such as Forescout, Armis Centrix, Splunk use and knowledge object development, Windows and Linux system administration, Database design and implementation.
• Candidates would benefit from having relevant technical certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, ability to build & maintain schedules and step-by-step action plans.

• A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years’ relevant experience.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
