Product Designer
who’s passionate about user experience and thrives in complex technical domains. If you love turning abstract systems into intuitive workflows and care deeply about design as a bridge between people and technology, we’d love to meet you.

This is not your average B2B design role. Our users are
engineers, operators, and platform teams
who rely on Meibel to build and evaluate AI applications t means designing for users who are technical, busy, and expect clarity, efficiency, and flexibility in the tools they use. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to shape the experience of a platform that empowers others to build.

• Lead UX and interface design for core platform experiences — from workflows and dashboards to debugging tools and evaluation systems
• Translate complex technical functionality into elegant, usable interfaces tailored to developer and data-centric audiences
• Create user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to validate designs and ensure implementation quality
• Conduct user research with technical teams to understand use cases, pain points, and mental models
• Contribute to our design system and help evolve it in alignment with engineering and accessibility best practices
• Support marketing with product visuals and narrative-driven assets for launches, campaigns, and web content
• Shape the voice and aesthetic of Meibel — in product, brand, and storytelling

• 4+ years of experience designing SaaS or platform products, ideally in technical or data-heavy domains
• A portfolio that showcases
  deep systems thinking
  , clean UI design, and an ability to simplify complexity
• Strong grasp of UX for
  technical users
  — including dashboards, configuration tools, role-based systems, or workflow builders
• Fluency with Figma and modern design systems, including component libraries and design tokens
• Comfort collaborating with engineers, including basic familiarity with how frontend development works
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design
• Clear communication and documentation skills — able to explain design rationale and bring cross-functional teams into the process
• A bias for action and curiosity about how AI can be made more transparent, usable, and trustworthy

• Experience working on
  developer experience (DX)or internal platform tools
• Familiarity with concepts like observability, configuration management, or model evaluation
• Background in brand, illustration, or motion design
• Ability to create assets for web, social, and product marketing
