Geospatial Cloud Analytics (GCA) seeks a detail‑oriented Technical Writer to develop clear, compliant documentation for federal IT contracts. The role includes technical narratives, past performance summaries, and related material in response to government solicitations. Collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams ensures deliverables meet federal requirements and company quality standards.

• Write, edit, and format technical content for proposals, contract deliverables, and project documentation.
• Review solicitation requirements (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convey technical, operational, and management approaches.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and terminology across documents.
• Edit existing materials for clarity, grammar, and compliance.
• Organize, store, and manage proposal and contract documents using company templates and SharePoint.
• Assist in preparing graphics, charts, and tables to support written content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of technical writing experience in a federal contracting or IT environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills, translating technical concepts into plain, compliant language.
• Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency solicitation structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience writing for IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, or audiovisual systems projects.
• Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community contracting environments.
• Ability to create simple graphics and visual aids to enhance written content.
