Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward building and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee recruitment and retention efforts
  • Post and manage job openings and coordinate interviews
  • Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and benefits documentation
  • Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate deductions
  • Administer PTO, time, and attendance tracking
  • Assist with benefit renewals, open enrollment, and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate annual reporting requirements (ACA, 401k testing, etc.)
  • Support the performance review process (tracking and documentation)
  • Handle employee relations and HR policy communication
  • Support workers’ compensation claims and reporting
  • Coordinate employee training and development logistics
  • Manage termination and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and maintain OSHA 300 reporting
Must‑Haves
  • 1–3 years of HR administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
