We’re seeking a full‑cycle Technical Recruiter for our global Talent team. You’ll own end‑to‑end searches across engineering, research, and technical functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to bring exceptional people into the business.

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical roles.
• Build creative sourcing approaches to uncover high‑potential candidates.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to shape interviews and ensure a world‑class candidate experience.
• Experiment with new workflows, AI‑driven tools, and innovative recruiting processes.
• Analyze hiring data to inform decisions and continuously raise the bar for operational excellence.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership and a first ambassador to candidates.

• Proven track record hiring top 1% technical talent—including researchers, ML/AI engineers, full‑stack engineers, and infra engineers—in a high‑bar environment.
• Demonstrated experience running full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Expert sourcing abilities—proficient in Git Hub, Google Scholar, Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and signal‑based identification of niche technical profiles.
• Operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments—manage multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, crisp communication, and a get‑things‑done mindset.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a desire to work in an environment where new tools and workflows are constantly emerging.

• Experience deploying AI‑based recruiting workflows or tools.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Metaview, and Linked In Recruiter.
• Prior work in fast‑growth or early‑stage environments.
• Comfort recruiting across geographies and understanding regional nuances.

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
