Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, the historic Hotel Cleveland, a Marriott Autograph Collection property, offers 491 newly renovated guest rooms and exceptional service. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces according to Marriott and Hotel Cleveland standards. This role plays a vital part in providing a positive guest experience through exceptional cleanliness, attention to detail, and professional service.

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replace and replenish towels, linens, guest supplies, and amenities.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply areas in a neat and organized manner.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist in cleaning public areas when necessary.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required – training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.

This position does not include eligibility for bonuses or long term incentive compensation.
