• Food & Beverage Operations
• Cleaning & Turnover Teams
• Transportation & Guest Logistics

• Ensure seamless, stress-free guest experiences
• Lead, train, and develop hospitality teams
• Build clear systems, SOPs, and standards
• Oversee live event execution and quality control
• Operate within an EOS-style accountability framework

• Experienced hospitality or operations leader (venues, hotels, resorts, events)
• Calm under pressure; decisive and service-oriented
• Strong people leader and systems thinker
