About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting seeks a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests. This position is primarily an overnight shift requiring independent work.
Primary Duties- Property inspections to ensure safety and security.
- Guest services – checking in and checking out guests after hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs.
- Laundry duties – washing, drying, folding, organizing linens and towels, maintaining a clean laundry area.
- Cleaning & maintenance – vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas, stocking supplies, performing room preps for any rooms housekeepers couldn't clear during day shift.
- Emergency procedures – follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive problem solving.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Hourly rate: $15.00 - $17.00, dependent on experience.
