Job SummaryResponsible for setting up, executing, and cleaning up functions according to Parkhurst’s catering manual.
Essential Functions- Serve and interact with guests professionally and friendly.
- Follow all service procedures per catering manual.
- Adhere to event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines.
- Pick up equipment, supplies, and food post-event promptly.
- Ensure rented items are prepared for vendor pickup.
- Clean, stock, and organize all catering equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness as per schedule, using "clean as you go" techniques.
- Communicate needs to management clearly.
- Follow dress code and personal hygiene standards.
- Uphold Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Assist team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily; accommodations may be made for disabilities.
Physical Demands- Standing/walking 100% of time.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
