The Clinical Lab Assistant II performs phlebotomy and specimen management in accordance with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements, promotes exceptional customer service, and fosters a customer‑centric, professional environment that contributes to a positive and productive work environment. Responsible for both internal and external customer inquiry and problem resolution.

The position may require travel to off‑site locations and the flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technologist program (non‑certified) or bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or related field
• Experience in clinical lab setting preferred

• Reasoning ability and good independent judgment
