We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Program Director. This role provides leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative operations for an established ABA program serving children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.

Starting at $90,000+ per year (bonus potential)
Monday-Friday | On-site | Flexible schedule
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys leading supervisors, maintaining clinical quality, and supporting program growth, while continuing some direct clinical work.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee clinical and administrative operations for in-home and clinic-based ABA services
- Support, mentor, and develop BCBA Clinical Supervisors
- Ensure high-quality client care and consistency across services
- Maintain limited clinical and supervisory caseload as needed
- Lead weekly leadership and supervisor meetings
- Oversee staffing, caseload assignments, and service delivery logistics
- Support hiring, training, and ongoing staff development
- Review documentation, authorizations, evaluations, and treatment plans
- Build relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Experience working with children/adolescents with autism
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
- Salary starting at $90,000+, with bonus opportunities
