We are looking for individuals who love working with kids and want to make a real difference in a child’s life. This home‑based ABA therapy position delivers services in the child’s home, in a natural environment where children learn and grow best.

$23.00/hr – $29.00/hr

As a BT you’ll deliver 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

• We provide paid onboarding training
• 40‑hour RBT course included
• You’ll be mentored and supervised every step of the way
• No RBT certification yet? No problem — we’ll help you get there!

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification

• Part‑time and full‑time BT positions available
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs

• Hourly Pay Range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification)
