• Setting: Main Operating Room, 1st Floor
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/19/2026 – End: 4/20/2026)
• Shift: 10 Hour Days (06:45 – 17:15)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1690-$1820
• Employment Type: Travel healthcare contract
• On-Call: After-hours and weekend call coverage as needed
• Dress Code: Hospital laundered scrubs provided

• Licensed in Virginia as a Surgical Assistant (CST/ORT)
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Operating Room Technician or Surgical Assistant
• Experience assisting in orthopedic, spine, and general (bariatric) surgeries preferred
• Ability to float within the operating room as needed
• Strong clinical skills, quick learner, self-starter, and team-oriented personality

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Support the surgical team in orthopedic, spine, and general (bariatric) cases
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to hospital protocols
• Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours and weekends as needed
• Collaborate with Certified Surgical Assistants and other healthcare professionals
