We are hiring full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA Supervisors) to support children and adolescents with Autism spectrum disorder through in-home and clinic-based ABA services.

• Salary range: $76,000 - $100,000 per year
• $80/hour for billable hours beyond monthly requirement
• Small caseload (95 monthly billable hours)

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
• Oversee ABA treatment plans and clinical quality
• Provide feedback, training, and leadership support
• Collaborate with families and clinical leadership

Required:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver`s license with 3+ years of good driving history
• Willingness to work occasional evenings

• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience
