Part-Time EMT/Health & Wellness Specialist helps safeguard the health and safety of our jobsite teams. In this role, you’ll focus on preventing injuries, delivering on-site medical care, and collaborating closely with our medical director and Safety Managers. This is a part-time position primarily for weekend coverage (day shift) and occasional weekday coverage (day shift).

• Perform patient evaluations, deliver first aid, and carry out treatment plans under the guidance of Strata Medical Director.
• Build and maintain positive, reliable relationships with patients, site employees, and healthcare partners to promote clear communication and quality care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient encounters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned (these will primarily be preventative wellness in nature)

• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent
• Certified: BLS, CPR, First Aid required. EMT/NREMT preferred
• Experienced: 5-7 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field
• Customer-focused:
  Strong communicator and team player

• Work is performed in an office environment and in the field.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift 20 to 50 pounds.
