Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site Caregiver role located in Bristow, VA. The Caregiver will provide hands‑on assistance to clients with their daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping, providing companionship, monitoring client health, and communicating relevant updates to family members or care coordinators. Caregivers play a critical role in promoting the comfort, safety, and dignity of clients in their homes.

Qualifications
  • Experience in providing personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and provide emotional support to clients.
  • Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Attention to detail and dependability for medication reminders and monitoring health changes in clients.
  • Flexibility and ability to respond to the dynamic needs of clients efficiently.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Experience in home health care, caregiving, or a related field is an advantage.
