Executive Home Care of Fairfax is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Home Caregivers servicing the NOVA area. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized and attentive home care services. • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, nutritional needs, and medication reminders.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
• Follow established care plans and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as PCA, Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• Prior experience in caregiving, either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
