As an RBT
, you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA
, providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in Virginia. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.

• Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
• Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

• Previous experience in the ABA field is required.
• Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience.
• RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
