Advanceable ABA is an in‑home ABA therapy company based in Luray, VA, serving surrounding areas. We provide a supportive team that empowers children with autism to thrive—one session at a time.

$23.00/hr – $29.00/hr

• Deliver 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success.
• Stay physically active during sessions—sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

• Active RBT certification—already certified or on the path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

• Part‑time or full‑time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

• Hourly pay range: $23–$29 per hour (based on experience and credentials).
