Position: MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OFFICER with Security Clearance
Location: Langley

Duties
* As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division.
* Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors.
* Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with HQ AF, Air Combat Command, Commander/Deputy, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Global Strike Command, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Command, Air Education and Training Command, Combatant Commands, (ACC/CC/CD, AFIMSC, AFMC, AFGSC, ANG, AFRC, AETC, COCOMS), and Numbered AFs.
* Serves as Strategy, Design, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (SDPPBES) Directorate representative on the ACC Corporate Structure for Program Objective Memorandum (POM), budget, military construction, and related SDPPBES activities.
* Manages Division resources, including annual budgets, equipment, and personnel. Demonstrates a broad understanding of applied principles of financial management to assure scheduled obligations are achieved. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.
* Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.
* This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. * (drug cont'd) Illegal drug use by employees insensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
* A 1 year supervisory probationary period is required if applicant selected has not previously met this requirement.
* Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement * (cont'd) in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
* Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft. Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions, Management and Program Analysis series 0343 SPECIALIZED

EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-14, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes substantial knowledge of the Air Force Materiel Command's support role of the Research, Development, and Acquisition (RD&A) of Air Combat Command (ACC) requirements. Must be thoroughly familiar with the concepts used by system program directors to develop, acquire, and field operational weapon systems for the ACC in both peacetime and wartime.

Knowledge and ability to develop and direct complex programs requiring application of advanced analytical and evaluative methods and techniques.
