• Serve as a consultative resource on plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise on plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external stakeholders
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues regarding qualified plan administration and compliance
• Stay informed about current market conditions and regulatory changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and correction programs
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor’s degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA are strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality deliverables and maintain trusted advisor relationships
• Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
• Demonstrated willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
